In short
In penile lengthening, the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone is partially released, giving an average gain of about 2 cm. For girth enhancement the patient's own fat is injected under the penile skin; up to 60–70% of it may be absorbed in the first 6 months. These operations do not affect libido, erection or fertility. Claims of 5–10 cm gains are not realistic.

Who is it for?
Men with a short or buried penis, or with penile loss or deformity after trauma, disease or congenital conditions. A thorough, honest consultation about realistic results comes first.
Lengthening
Releasing the suspensory ligament increases the visible length. Removing excess pubic fat (and correcting a buried penis) adds further visible length.
Girth enhancement
Purified fat taken from the abdomen is injected evenly under the penile skin. Some fat is absorbed, so a second session may be planned.
Penile reconstruction (phalloplasty)
When the penis has been lost, a new penis can be built with tissue from the forearm or thigh using microsurgery. Prof. Dr. Serdar Öztürk has published extensively on male genital reconstruction and microsurgery.
Frequently asked questions
Does penile lengthening affect erection?
No. Libido, erection and fertility are not affected.
How much length can be gained?
On average about 2 cm. Larger claims are not realistic.
Is fat injection permanent?
The fat that survives after 6 months is permanent; 60–70% may be absorbed.
When can I have sex after surgery?
Usually after 3–4 weeks.
Will there be loss of sensation?
Sensation is generally preserved.
Do pills or devices work?
Pills have no proven effect. Traction devices may give a small gain with long-term use.
Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. All consultations and records are strictly confidential.
How long should I stay in Ankara?
About 5–7 days; longer for reconstruction.
What is phalloplasty?
Building a new penis with the patient's own tissue, usually from the forearm or thigh, using microsurgery.
Can a buried penis be corrected?
Yes, by removing excess pubic fat and adjusting the skin.
